66 heathdale residence in toronto realized by TACT design

’66 heathdale’ is a single-family home created by canadian studio TACT design. the 3,200ft² residence is located on the ravine of cedarvale park, in mid-town toronto, ontario. behind its austere, corten weathered steel façade is a cohesive interior held together by a sculpted wooden staircase, which ends at the third floor study and wrap-around terrace. in the back, expansive windows connect the owners to their surroundings. ’66 heathdale’ clearly responds to the site’s contrasting public and private sides, and aptly expresses the clients’ personas.
