moscow-based atrium studio has presented their concept for 'housing in skolkovo,' russia's equivalent of silicon valley, in the russian
pavilion
at the 2012 venice biennale. as a submission for the skolkovo foundation's competition in the techno park district.
the multi-family dwellings are organized in a circular arrangement with a central courtyard space that is highly integrated into the
landscape. individual units are two-floored, stacked upon one another, with communal public facilities located at the ground floor of
three of the housing blocks and parking is located under the interior garden. tenants should be those in the technological and scientific fields,
with a maximum rental time of five years. the rounded edges present throughout the project are accentuated through a vertical wood
plank veneer.

  • Красиво.
Но почему на 45 квартир всего 24 парковки?
Всегда считал, что таунхаус это жильё с гаражом.
