none of the hotel’s 565 rooms are alike, with four locally curated wallpaper designs highlighting a singaporean theme — bicycles, orchids, goldfish, and shop houses. each room includes free wifi, USB charger outlets, high pressure walk-in showers, and king-sized ‘floating’ beds with 300-thread count linen. executive suites also incorporate a pull-out sofa bed, a small pantry, a microwave, and a smeg fridge. the 18 storey hotel also hosts a large club lounge located on the 17th floor with views across the surrounding residential neighborhood.

authentic south-east asian cuisine will be showcased in ‘J65′, a new restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere intended to match that of a local farmer’s market. the lobby also houses jen’s kitchen on-the-go — a café and snack bar offering singapore’s finest artisan products, including locally roasted coffee. in 2016, with the support of small and local business, hotel jen tanglin aims to establish itself as a creative event space for local brands to showcase their products, from food and beverages to fashion and art.
