developed by new york-based LANG architecture, the ‘hudson woods’ project reinterprets the modern cabin vernacular with a design that incorporates the latest in domestic technologies. the scheme places an emphasis on sustainability with locally sourced materials, passive solar design, and a high‐efficiency hydronic heating system. through strategic site planning, there are fewer homes on ample land, leaving a smaller overall footprint.

referencing scandinavian and mid-century design aesthetics, the properties feature white oak for interior walls and bluestone sourced on site. the nature of the scheme means that buyers receive a turn-key home, without the lengthy process of designing and building a custom dwelling from the ground-up. residences at ‘hudson woods’ start at €765,000 USD, with each lot ranging from 2.7 to over 10 acres.
