inhabit arq‘s community project is constructed in clay-toned concrete. this, along with its shape and formal scheme, is a reflection of the pre-existing huts back when the neighborhood was completely industrial. ‘proper architecture has got to come from what we see around us, what we know, what we are sure of,’ explains the architect,  ‘the most imaginative thing we could possibly do, is look at something that’s ordinary and turn it to something that’s memorable.’
