four french firms have collaborated in a large scale, mixed-use project in paris comprised of rental housing units, a retirement home, commercial retail shops and a parking area. aasb_agence d’architecture, maast, toa  architectes and david besson-girard paysagiste, altogether collaborated on the design for the vast mixed-use development. having established a common floor plan and similar theme for all the proposed volumes, this enabled a consistency to be achieved throughout- while giving each practice creative freedom. the landscape plays with several architectural themes such as vertical and horizontal lines- creating a sense of rhythm and a consistency throughout all the buildings.
