with the approach of creating a sustainable and comfortable retail environment — a respite from the polluted area in ho chi minh city — MW archstudio has designed the interior of the ‘thao ho home’ store. using eco-friendly techniques and putting emphasis on traditional resources, the showroom space features skylights, indoor courtyards and playful display methods, all of which to showcase the products but also be adaptable for other programs in the future.

besides chairs being playfully fixed to the walls upside or on its side down, the focal point of the showroom is the yellow and white wire frame that is based at the core of the space; blurring the boundaries between the showroom and the atrium on either side. complemented with the indoor garden aesthetic, the casual organization of the showroom’s furniture invites customers to explore and enjoy the retail space.
