one-park-grove-interiors-meyer-davis-rem-koolhaas-OMA-miami-designboom-01new renderings have been revealed of ‘one park grove’, a luxury residential tower in miami designed by OMA. the high-rise is the final and most exclusive building in the three-towered community, a 5.2 acre neighborhood named park grove. the project forms OMA’s first commercial residential undertaking in the united states, and is characterized by faceted concrete columns that function as the tower’s exoskeleton. the design references the form of florida’s barrier islands, with undulating façades that promote ventilation and daylight. the tower’s interiors have been designed by meyer davis, a new york–based design studio who specialize in residential and hospitality environments.
