ramón esteve estudio has designed the new bouet restaurant in valencia, spain, by mixing contemporary and traditional elements. the use of existing materials have been combined with unique furniture pieces that have been specifically designed for the interior including irregular mirrors, copper hanging lamps, and geometric shaped furniture.

ramón esteve estudio have divided the restaurant into three sections: the lobby entrance where guests can enjoy a drink at the bar, the main dining area and the outside courtyard. a visual language has been developed for the restaurant by fusing copper and marble elements which deliver an industrial feel to the building. one of the defining features of the interior is the hanging lamps which take the form an abstract bird silhouette, guiding the viewer in and around the space.
