'snake space. nio architecten' the work of dutch architect maurice nio

the associazione culturale grafio in prato, italy will be home to the exhibition ‘snake space. nio architecten’ from
may 29th to june 19th. the exhibit is curated by marco brizzi and focuses on the work of dutch architect
maurice nio. the works chosen to be exhibited are all ‘technical spaces’ a term representing space such as
highways, parking lots, industrial areas, tunnels and viaducts. nio’s work is describes as adding life to these
otherwise non-spaces. the gallery display will showcase a number of projects and also feature a special
installation of robotics interacting with architectural models.
