neighboring spring studios, ‘spring place‘ new york is the first of a series of hybrid collaborative setting that combine hotel hospitality to manifest into a unique social and professional workplace for its members. the approach of the refined meeting place offers members an opportunity to meet, connect and forge new relationships with likeminded creatives and industries. set in a 140,000 square feet location in the heart of tribeca, the interiors by bluarch capture essences of 20th century brazilian brutalism combined with references to italian architect carlo scarpa. the light-filled rooms casted with cement and concrete paneling are decorated with a curated selection of furniture for each dedicated area.
