for the third iteration of elle UK‘s annual feminism campaign, the magazine has collaborated with RSA films on the #morewomen initiative. the image series and editorial film reveals the stark reality of male-dominated fields, showing a series of iconic images of powerful women, and how lonely they are at the top. females in the most senior positions of business, media and politics are shown in familiar roles surrounded by their male colleagues — then, the men are removed from the picture. the photoshopping-out of each man in the scene shows the sharp contrast between the amount of women versus men in senior positions.
