evgeny add believes that by taking a distanced perspective on mundane objects, one can understand their innate beauty. by removing a form from its given context — be it art, pop culture, mathematics or technology — it becomes self sufficient and gives rise to new compositions, arrangements, and uses. ‘glitch as a means of expressive effect underlines our modern way of life to which we are so accustomed’, expands the artist. ‘I paint in the style of digital art using a graphics tablet. hyperrealism in combination with elements of the graphical now gives a very interesting effect.’
