‘one million dreams’ is a visual archive of people’s emotions as they express them in real-time on social media. conceived by art is open source (oriana persico and salvatore iaconesi), the generative video lasts approximately 200 hours and depicts, instant by instant, an entire year of ‘dreams’ as captured from various online networks in real-time – a global library of how individuals feel and what their hopes are.
