amsterdam-based studio papersmith has handcrafted six illustrations showing the spirited side to the cult classic movie alien, as the creatures interact with season’s festivities. each scene is completely handmade with paper to bring to life the softer side of the movie, with it too — longing to be kissed under the mistletoe.

the settings portray the creatures enjoying some delicious christmas pudding, being born from a turkey, and waiting for santa to come down the chimney. glimpses of some other iconic characters can be seen, such as an egg laying in anticipation, hoping to be opened, and a facehugger getting a bit too excited with a christmas fairy.
