british artist tracey emin has been commissioned to present her neon works to tie in with valentine’s day celebrations at new york’s times square.
the romantically-charged project – appropriately titled ‘for all the lovers in NYC’ – will run through the month of february as a series of blow-ups of her famed
neon writings shown on 40 large screens for three minutes every evening at midnight. the exposition will feature messages such as;
‘I promise to love you’ and ‘when I hold you I hold your heart.’
