the 'baltimore love project' is a city-wide street art concept by american artist michael owen that aims to express affirmations of love by connecting
people and communities across baltimore city, maryland through 'love-themed' murals. a distinctive graphic of hands spelling the word 'love'
perhaps will motivate a boyfriend to present his sweetheart a bunch of flowers, or someone to hold the door open for another.
positive declarations of love are scattered around the city of baltimore through the medium of street art - artworks created in an effort to trigger change
through small achievable gestures of respect, and care. spreading the love for valentine's day!
