paul w. elkins is passionate about designing and building all kinds of wacky vehicles, including this bicycle
camper. the portable home was designed for use during the burning man festival in the US. for one week,
paul lived inside this tiny unit which he could move around by hoping on his bike. the home is suitable for
all weather conditions and weighs only 100 pounds. inside there is a folding bed, table, and lots of storage.
there is a tiny kitchen, ventilation system and a ‘washroom’ (we assume this is what the giant container
of kitty litter is for). there is also a tiny bubble window that adds some extra head room for sleeping under
the stars.

it’s cool
forget about waking up and looking at something standing there, imagine you were standing next to it, looked down and saw that face smiling at you!
HAHA! My back would hurt so much if I was stuck sitting inside that little thing! But what a great way to travel and “camp out”!
The kitty litter bucket was used as a trash can, and my name is ELKINS!!!! not welkins…. Dublya is my middle name.
…its a chill night and you’re getting into bad after a hard day’s work. you fall asleep like a puppy. all of a sudden the sound of a rain starts weaking you up, and when you truly open your eyes… What do you see? – a dog taking a piss
that’s cool
