the royal college of art has been teaching automotive design for 40 years. while the college
churns out some of the industry’s top designers, one can’t help but wonder about the future
of car design in light of global warming and the current oil crisis. none the less, this year’s
crop is trying to push the envelope fully conscious of issues such as sustainability.
one students even forecast a post-global warming world where the only cars are boats.
