The use of inner neon lights which illuminates the translucent surface on the side of the chair, further enhances the visual aspects / focus of the shape. The Kanji Chair is constructed using polycarbonate resin for the outer frame and polyurethane for the cushion strip which wraps around the exterior of the chair. For a more elegant look, the frame could be constructed using plywood in oak and a fabric upholstery for the cushion strip.
