In one seamless spiral motion this sushibar captures the versatile qualities of corian;
hygienic and durable surfaces for food preparation, pleasant public eating surfaces and elegant
yet durable public furniture. In the center stands the ‘preparation pod’,
whose working surface is constructed in corian with stainless steel compartments for food storage.
from there on the spiral originates by incorporating at first the conveyer belt, carrying sushi.
as the belt ends, the spiral spins out into its second pass lowering to a seating height around the conveyor.
