the bar is conceived as a self contained mobile unit incorporating an enclosing structure
and six re-moveable food and drink stations.
each station is designed to provide preparation and service areas for a range of food
and beverages whilst the outer shell forms internal seating and storage areas.
the stations are colour coded using the corian range to provide an intuitive method
for customers to locate their preference.
the stations may be placed in a variety of configurations
to relate to the conditions of the receiving site location.
