'pig on the wings' stool by gentle giants in white and light green finishes

belonging to a breed of little anthropomorphic wood objects, 'pig on the wings' is both a stool and a table which has taken on animalistic features.
designed by gentle giants, its form draws on the simple 'traccia table' by meret oppenheim. the challenge facing the production of the
poplar wood seating object was to reduce manufacturing processes; to build an evocative and high quality item using few steps.
the stool is assembled without using any screws or glue, with all parts wedged into one another.

the stool appears to have legs which reference webbed feet
