airbnb has revealed its latest london listing – a floating property that has set sail along the river thames. totaling eight meters in height and weighing 70 tonnes, the dwelling comprises two bedrooms, a living room, a working bathroom and even a garden complete with real grass, a doghouse and an apple tree.

crossing local neighborhoods such as chelsea, westminster and canary wharf, the house will host community events and overnight stays, providing new perspectives on the city. the fully functioning project, which celebrates new rules that mean that UK residents can earn a 15 per cent pay rise by sharing their homes through sites like airbnb, will meander along the river throughout until saturday, may 22.
