the ‘tubetable’ features the iconic london tube map reduced into a single color cut-out

london-based designer alex hammond has found himself a local team of craftsmen to assemble the ‘tubetable’ constructed from a powder coated steel frame holding two sheets of glass sandwiching a laser-cut white acrylic map of the london underground. the entire team was formed within two square miles of hammond’s studio in london’s east end to avoid production costs and suppliers resulting in a limited edition series of these tables.
