the ‘pilot chair’ comprises a cast aluminum structure in the form of a T for the attachment of the fixed or swivel base, with the seat seemingly cantilevered in relation to the support frame. as well as generating a unique silhouette for the piece, the design also offers greater flexibility and lightness. the back can be high or low, for contract applications or residential use, with the covering available in both fabric and leather. depending on the choice of padding, the chair is presented in a lighter ‘slim’ version and a ‘slim soft’ model for added comfort.
