'flip' by khalid shafar
ash wood, metal structure, 100% cotton upholstery
dimensions: 86 x 60 x 90cm
emerati designer khalid shafar has conceived a chair design that fosters the action of sitting cross-legged entitled 'flip'- a position where the lower
legs are folded towards the body, crossing each other at the ankle or calf, with both ankles on the floor, and sometimes with the feet tucked under the knees or thighs.
the design is currently a prototype fabricated from ash wood and upholstered in cotton, celebrating and pushing the ubiquitous activity of sitting.

To Kahlid Shafar: Beautiful design – Kudos. The photo demonstrating the cross legged position would make great ad copy – just photo shop out the bottom 70% of the legs…..
Hello. Is it possible to see flip’ chair by khalid shafa in France ? What is its price ? Thanks
Where may I purchase? This is exactly what I am looking for.
