moving around the array-arranged balloons results in vibrations that trigger the LED’s placed on top of the tubes to twinkle. some balloons also contain portable mini speaker devices that broadcast the local sounds and stories, creating a link between these memories and the new experiences the user is living. the public art piece references clown fishes swimming among anemones, transferring this flow of motion into a city scene.
