design indaba -- the best of the world's creativity

 

 

the annual design indaba conference in cape town, south africa brings together more than 30 local and international speakers
from the creative industry all to one stage. over the course of three days. held inside the cape town international convention centre,
key players from the fields of advertising, architecture, broadcasting, craft, graphic design, fashion design, film, industrial design,
music, new media, performing arts publishing and visual art share their share their expertise and knowledge of their respective disciplines.

 

each year the presenters are carefully curated and the 2013 edition includes talks by david adjaye, marian bantjes & jessica hische, martí guixé,
john maeda
and paula scher among others.

the 2013 design indaba conference takes place from wednesday, february 27th to friday, march 1st, 2013.

since 1995, the design indaba conference has invited the world’s top creative minds to address professionals from the creative,
corporate and educational sectors alike. championing creativity that enhances every aspect of the world around us, design indaba
recognises graphic design, advertising, film, music, fashion design, industrial design, architecture, craft, visual art, new media,
publishing, broadcasting and performing arts shoulder-to-shoulder.
