gavin coyle presents zigzag wooden cutting board collection

small-batch designers and cabinetmakers, gavin coyle and his london based team strive to produce high-quality products that are sustainably made and will serve for years to come. ‘zigzag’ is the british studio’s latest offering, a three-piece collection of cutting and serving platters. deemed ‘zigzag’ due to an easily identifiable handle detail, the boards are hand-formed and finished with matte oil. all are made from maple — in round, oblong, and paddle variations — with a handle of walnut or cherrywood.
