giancarlo zema recycles cardboard to make canyon collection

based on the infinite layers of the grand canyon in american, this eco-friendly collection by italian architect giancarlo zema for the origami furniture brand is made from recycled pieces of cardboard. the range consists of a chair, coffee table and lamp, which together form a complete indoor living space. soft and curvaceous shapes reveal cosy niches to keep bags, magazines or small objects. the organic structures help to bring a sense of the outdoors into any environment.
