designed by giulio iacchetti for bross, ‘ademar’ is a collection of generously sized tables for up to eight people. taken from the lombard-word, the name roughly translates to ‘great for the nobility’. the tables’ ellipsoidal or circular shape variations allow people to gather comfortably, always actively engaging with each other.

four deep bevels characterize the underside of the table, leading to a thin profile that makes it difficult to guess its true thickness. the legs are made of solid oak or walnut, and move seamlessly into the tabletop. the ‘ademar’ line is available in multiple sizes: 2800x1300mm, 2200×1200, and a 1400mm circular version. the products were completed alongside a series of coffee tables with the same characteristics. ‘ademar’ was unveiled during milan design week 2015.
