‘glop’ is a set of five food containers with a wide variety of functions. created by spanish designer berta julià sala, the pieces can be used as a cup, pasta bowl, dish, bottle, mixing bowl, or just about anything else you can think of. the softness provided by ‘glop’s’ platinum silicone material allows users to change objects shapes with simple gestures.
a big bowl useful for preparing, mixing and also serving salads
specific shapes can be generated by modifying the main body of any ware. by pressing the edges of a cup, liquid can be funneled more precisely into another vessel, while simultaneously supplying a better grip. salad can be mixed by simply ‘closing’ and shaking a bowl. they are useful for pouring, mixing, serving, straining, preserving, preparing, eating, drinking or, you get the point.
