gommapiuma polyurethane furniture by massimiliano adami

the process results of long-time designboom friend massimiliano adami has led him to the creation of his latest
furniture collection, 'gommapiuma décor' - using polyurethene to craft and mold a series of colorful chairs.
realized by re-thinking the elements of the industrial production of sofas and stuffing, the project expresses
the material and manipulation capabilities of the foam - presented without the need of a textile cover.
in addition to the unexpected graphics of the surfaces, the cut-lines define unusual structures of objects with
spatial orientation which seem to be random.
