from anorexic teenagers, japanese girls which have been injured
after falling off their tottering platform heels, to rat epidemics...

(calvin klein was recently blamed for a rat epidemic in india,
according to a report in the times newspaper.
the delhi government alleged klein's choice of snakeskin products for
his new collection has spawned a plague of rodents.
maneka gandhi, the social justice minister, said:
'the snake is the main ally of the farmer in asia.
the rats are now free to feast on crops with impunity.
I urge klein to withdraw this season's snake collection.)
