'endless rain record' is a phonograph record designed by kouichi okamoto from
kyouei design ltd.
grooves in the record form circles which endlessly play the sounds of rain falling.
it was created for the 'rain' exhibition which will be part of
taiwan designers' week,
where he will play the records on turntables to create the sound of rain drops through the
exhibition space.

What a beautiful artifact, I wonder how long you would have to leave it playing for the record to wear out?

‘Drop’ looks like a number of circular tracks, but ‘rain’ sure looks like a standard record to me… Pretty rad concept though.
where can i buy?
that’s off the scale, the most beautful thing in a while
Sounds like an incredible idea.
