presented at orgatec 2012 in cologne, germany the '330 chair' is a stackable unit featuring a language based on simple lines and distinctive shapes.
its ergonomically formed seat and backrest provides maximum comfort due to its well-balanced proportions. made out of a combination of solid beech

the '1330 table' matches the streamline design of the '330 chair' which is defined by its reduced form and functionality.
the rectangular, solid-wood legs feature a tapered and slightly splayed. the veneer top rests on a beveled edge frame which give
the appearance of the surface floating above the support.

Seriously????????????More minimalist chairs??? Why do you think this is….how much time do I have to waste scrolling past chairs to get to something innovative and exciting…god! It’s out there…more substance, less advertising please. If you want to keep this policy of sucking up anyone with a new chair and a blatantly lame explanation or theme, I’ll cancel. This used to be a great site….
Sad that it doesn’t adopt Thonet’s philosophy of innovative design thinking… The use of steam and beech wood was a revolution in terms of production process. The Thonet n°14 could even be taken apart and its legacy lives on in IKEA and the like ! Its a pity that the company isn’t striving to produce another “chair of chairs”…. Should we turn our attention to other firms such as Herman Miller ?
