lyon and lyon create luxurious hand dipped gold business cards for supernatural

lyon and lyon have created a set of luxury business cards for london juice bar, supernatural. the studio developed the series of bespoke cards, by manually dipping each one in gold. the idea responded to the clients wish, which was to work on an exclusive design project that would reflect the love and appreciation for their loyal customers.

supernatural hold the motto ‘impossibly balanced’ – a phrase which represents the bar’s healthy vision. lyon and lyon visually translated this concept by creating a a simple graphic, that ties two elements harmoniously together. the studio used G.F.smith‘s ebony colorplan duplex paper, to make a sharp contrast against the gold. the business cards were then hung individually to try, in order to form a luxurious matte finish.
