‘a mysterious cruise’, curated by russian artist and founder of publishing house silverbridge, juli susin, along with the participation of maya rossi, is currently on show at galerie sophie scheidecker, paris. for the exhibition susin has initiated collaborations with artists including abel auer, linda bilda dick bengtsson, veronique bourgoin, dorota jurczak, anne lefebvre and m. suzuki, but does want to present just a ‘group show’, but rather a dialogue based on the competition between independent artists / designers and their curiosity of one another.

french-born designer matali crasset has developed the main installation space of the show, creating a curiosity cabinet entitled ‘le bateau’ (which means boat in french). crasset wanted to present the editions of the silverbridge collections via the module of a boat, an object that carries and transports our bodies and utopias to foreign places.
