combining innovative design with progressive technology, max zhivov proposes the ‘trondheim trawler’ – the first electric-powered yacht  for trawling activities. with its seamless mechanism, one can ‘imagine quietly leaving a marina or pulling into a secluded anchorage under electric power. the only sound you will hear is the water sluicing along the side of the hull,’ as described by zhivov.

with this model, max zhivov offers a vehicle that meets ocean category A certification standards. this means that the ‘trondheim trawler’ is suitable for extended voyages, where conditions may exceed wind force 8 (beaufort scale) and significant wave heights of four meters and above. the trawler is made of steel and has two silent electric motors that provide power when away from the dock for all of the onboard electronics and appliances. in addition, they ensure a high level of personal comfort with precise air temperature control (heating and cooling) as well as stabilized vessel motion. even more, on one of the sides, the yacht has transformable segments that convert into a small balcony with a canopy above.
