following up with ‘balloon’ and ‘muffins’, her first collection for czech company brokis, designer lucie koldova presents ‘mona’, a new lighting system for the artisan glass-blowing manufacturer. a combination of wooden connectors complement the tinted volumes that gently shroud diffused illumination through its horizontal light bulbs. available in a ceiling or floor lamp version, the ‘mona’ pieces can be situated in the living room with a proportional metal structure, or can be suspended from the roof with lanyards that were originally used for experiments with czech company lasvit.
