nendo has conceived a sofa design for japanese manufacturer kokuyo that aims to 'bracket' users to create an atmosphere of openness and privacy,
concentration and relaxation for individuals as well as groups. the high back sofa system balances a fusion of  sharp contours and soft curves in an effort
to nurture conversation and comfort. the users can combine the seven seating designs and four table types into various spaces,
with the back rests at a relatively tall 1400mm, provide not only visual privacy but also a dampening of any surrounding noise.
