after a successful collaboration, norm architects presents their second collection for ex.t called ‘frame & rest’ composed of a modular system of bathroom consoles and of a rest day bed and puff. the set references industrial interiors and mid-century danish design, resulting in a light and airy set of bathroom furnishings that can evolve along into decorating other living spaces. the line embodies a nordic attitude powered by italian traditional craftsmanship.

featuring a straight and minimalist design, ‘frame’ turns as a delicate graphic piece with a nordic allure. the flexible system consists of a number of black customizable frames that depend on the user’s needs and purpose. the main steel structure is designed to accommodate the basin as well as a counter top in various materials, including wood, marble and stone. the inside allows hanging of wood cabinets or drawers for storage. thanks to its versatility, ‘frame’ is the perfect solution for any living space.

the ‘rest’ day bed and puff line aims to fit the pieces not only in fitting rooms and wardrobes but also in other living spaces. the daybed is a traditional and elegant six-legged structure while the puff is a single seat version, both referencing the bauhaus aesthetic and their industrial product designs. to push the concept of comfortable seating, they feature a structure of metal tubes refines with small brass details and eco-leather cushions.
