the rocking-wheel-chair is not really a rocking chair, but an accessory that allows a wheelchair user to turn his or her wheelchair into a rocking-chair. a gently curved plane sits on the floor, whereby the wheelchair can easily ride onto it. once positioned onto the plane the chair’s wheels are locked… and the rocking can begin.
