solar powered bamboo 'safe light'
10 x 3,4 x 0,8 cm

 

 

german company emform has produced a series of compact bamboo flashlights available in both a crank and solar powered-versions.
the 'safe light' is outfitted with a small photo-voltaic panel that draw energy from the sun to power it.

bamboo 'dynamo  light'

four bright LEDs power the 'dynamo light' which can be charged manually by using the equipped handle, or USB cable.
the collection of handheld lamps can be used as a sustainable alternative to bulkier battery-powered lanterns.
