stiff + trevillion: phoenix brewery takes over former victorian warehouse

the 'phoenix brewery' is a former victorian warehouse situated on bramley road within the london borough of kensington and chelsea.
the structure has been renovated to maintain its original facade while allowing for more office accommodations and natural light to penetrate the space.
conceived by uk-based architects stiff + trevillion the interior courtyard has been outfitted with a double height reception area,
custom designed with individual wooden slats positioned vertically to display a sense of movement and interplay with shadow and illumination.

the redefined offices offer contemporary spaces spanning four levels attracting a community of creatives such as digital media companies,
promotional studios and fashion brands. each floor can accommodate areas ranging from 1000 to 20 000 square feet,
creating an atmosphere that is a source of energy and imagination to its tenants through this unique period building.
