for sudaca moto electrica, living alongside 15 million people in buenos aires provides them experience of several issues dealing with uncontrolled growth. some of theses problems include air pollution, sound pollution, and general traffic jams. according to the brand, all of these problems have a common denominator: the gas fueled automobile. in response, they have constructed an eponymous motorcycle called ‘sudaca’.

the project has been realized on a series of beliefs: ‘a vehicle shouldn’t weigh more than the person it is carrying, any excess weight is a waste of energy no matter how the vehicle is fueled. current technologies allow us to create smarter, less complex vehicles which are more intuitive. this is why we believe in lightweight, silent, simple and combustion free transportation.’

with this in mind, the engineers took aspects of present-day constructs and have applied them towards an ultra-light electric automotive in a fresh manner. the battery pack replaces the engine block, the charging dock replaces the fuel tank, and the backlight replaces the exhaust. designed for lean production methods, the chassis was simplified, excess materials were eliminated, and the assembly process was optimized.
