expressing the power harnessed in new zealand’s natural environment, hong kong-based retail specialists three dogs have designed this flagship store for the NZ health and beauty brand wild bounty. recently opened on hong kong’s lyndhurst terrace, the interior takes its cues from the company’s packaging by dow design with a controlled palette of materials and forms. the exterior facade features a large plant wall, enticing people into the green, eco-friendly shop. careful attention was paid to the product presentation, a long tiered set of wooden shelves stands out against the subtly angled lines of the surrounding walls and soft tones of the terrazzo flooring. a selection of display and tester trays with incorporated graphic guidelines to each range make the company’s values and ingredients easy and accessible to understand. exhibition benches built from cork with plated steel inserts showcase key offers – a large 3D graphic wall acts as a backdrop to the main cork and glass service counter. playful details such as handles, railings and yellow gridlines help to complement the interior’s rejuvenating experience.
