complementing the interior architecture, three stool typologies designed for moroso provide comfortable ares of seating. each seat features a complex composition of facets that are the result of the implementation of sculptural computer aided technology. named ‘ottoman’, ‘pouf’ and ‘stool’, the collection is presented at milan’s 2015 edition of salone del mobile.

‘brook’
the idea came in 2014 for the fitting out of the new london flagship store of the fashion guru issey miyake which opened last september and was designed in fact by tokujin yoshioka, who chose moroso to create this special seating. the company is to premiere at the salone del mobile the pouf in the three versions – large, medium and small – to go into production and be included in the catalogue. the shape of brook, in the words of the designer himself,
“is distinctive in its complex composition of faceting, giving the impression that its twisted figure has been sculpted”.
the poufs are to be upholstered in the blur fabric, febrik textiles created exclusively for moroso, in the two variants of yellow-white shades for the medium and small versions and blue-orange for the large version.
