Except for the above, the personal data you supplied, in the performing of the agreement, will be transmitted to Du Pont de Nemours Italiana S.r.l. and if in case to companies of Du Pont de Nemours and Company Group. Should you not give your consent to the transmission, we will not be able to perform the above mentioned agreement.

Nel caso in cui non prestasse il suo consenso a tale comunicazione, non potremo dare esecuzione al contratto in oggetto.
